We’re building the best health agent, not a doctor replacement, but the system that helps you avoid needing one, by applying the most powerful agentic capabilities to daily health execution. It autonomously plans, continuously replans, and optimizes across competing goals, turning intent into a living strategy that adapts to real constraints as they change. It uses tools and integrations to pull in commodity signals, then relies on long-horizon memory and behavior-based personalization to understand what actually works for you over time. It intervenes at decision points to reduce friction, learns in closed loops by measuring outcomes and updating its approach, and proactively detects risks before they compound. As trust and context deepen, it shifts from advice to delegated execution, coordinating tasks, scheduling, and approvals within clear policy and safety guardrails, so health becomes something that runs in the background rather than a project you manage. The defensibility comes from compounding: every interaction earns higher-signal context, every loop improves performance, and the agent becomes the default interface for daily health decisions in an AI-native world where intelligence is abundant and earned context is scarce.
We're looking for a hungry junior designer to work directly alongside our Founding Designer as we head into our most important phase — a public launch. This isn't a support role in the traditional sense. You'll be embedded in a fast-moving product team, executing at speed on a product that has real design ambition. The Founding Designer owns the system and the vision; you're the person who helps bring it to life across every surface.
The most important thing to know: we care far more about raw talent and personal creative output than experience or credentials. If you're building things on the side, obsessing over interfaces, and losing sleep over why something doesn't feel right — we want to talk to you.
We're at a critical juncture. The product has four core health pillars — metabolism, strength, endurance, and cognition — and an AI agent layer underneath all of it. Making that feel magical, intuitive, and trustworthy is a hard design problem. There's a lot of surface area, and we need someone who can move fast without cutting corners on quality.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
The most important thing: show us something you built or designed yourself. A side project, an app, a personal site, anything. If you don't have something you're proud, this probably isn't the right fit.
Beyond that:
